Scope
This policy covers how VELOX Studio collects and uses data on its own website and during client delivery. It does not automatically apply to websites VELOX builds for clients; each client project should publish its own privacy policy.

What information we collect
We collect information that you deliberately provide when you contact us, request a proposal, sign a contract, or work with us on a project. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information, project brief, and files or links you share with us.
We may also collect limited technical information when you visit this website, such as browser type, device type, general geographic region, and page usage patterns where analytics or server logs are active.

Depending on the project, VELOX may use third-party tools such as email providers, file-sharing systems, code repositories, hosting platforms, CMS providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. Common examples include Google Workspace, GitHub, Vercel, Sanity, Razorpay, and Stripe. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
We keep project and billing records only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, legal compliance, and accounting. Access is limited to the VELOX team and approved collaborators who need the information to do the work. We use password-protected accounts, version control, managed hosting, and standard access controls to reduce risk, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion where deletion is legally permitted. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud-prevention, or contract documentation purposes even after a deletion request.
How to exercise your rights
To request access, correction, deletion, or data export, email hello@veloxstudio.in from the email address used in your enquiry or project communication. We may request reasonable identity verification before acting on sensitive requests. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
Children's privacy
VELOX services are intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will review and remove it where legally and technically possible.
Security incident response
If we become aware of a material security incident affecting personal information under our control, we will investigate, contain, and remediate the issue, and notify affected parties or authorities where notification is required by applicable law.
International transfers
Because VELOX uses cloud platforms and may work with international clients, your information may be processed outside your local jurisdiction. Where this happens, we use reputable providers and limit data sharing to what is reasonably required for delivery and support.
Cookies and tracking
For details about cookies used on the VELOX website, please review the Cookie Policy. Client websites built by VELOX may use very different cookies and tracking tools depending on project requirements.
